Balancing the needs of tenants and owners is not easily done, but it is critical to effectively manage investment properties. We will continually strive to enhance our management ability in order to provide quality living environments to tenants and to maximize owners’ returns on their investments.

History

Altos Realty Advisors, formerly Compass Property Management, is a second-generation, family-owned and operated property management company, specializing in the management of condos, single family homes, apartment complexes and small commercial buildings in the SF Bay Area and Denver Metro area.

Altos Realty Advisors has mastered the art of property management and our unwavering commitment to exceeding our tenants’ and owners’ expectations has enabled us to develop lasting, successful relationships over 40 years.
